Our Cityworkouts course is 10 one-on-one sessions which consists of 1 or 2 sessions per week over a 5 or 10 weeks period. In this time frame we will change your body shape and fitness levels. In the first assessment we evaluate your fitness starting level. We also weigh, measure and take your body fat. During the first assessment you will also be given nutritional advice to aid and compliment your Cityworkouts programme.
In the rest of the sessions we teach you each and every exercise in great detail. This is done by breaking each exercise down into the individual components of posture, timing and core awareness. Youl will work hard but you will enjoy the results!
