INTENSITY. The intensity of our workouts. Every session lasts 60 minutes. We break down the session into 40 minutes tone up exercises and 20 minutes cardio. We work your body with hardly any rest between exercises in order to burn fat. You will become more toned, lean and firm, so get ready for an enjoyable but intense workout!
LIFESTYLE. We care about how you eat, sleep, work, as much as your training. A lot of programs are too strict and not practical at all.
